Our speciality Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from a single estate in the Terres de l’Ebre Biosphere Reserve in Catalunya.
Hand-harvested and cold pressed within 24 hours of picking at a traditional 18th century stone mill, this is olive oil made the old way — carefully, slowly, and without compromise.
Harvested early while the olives are still vibrant green, it is naturally rich in polyphenols — the powerful antioxidant compounds responsible for its distinctive peppery finish and its protective benefits for heart, lungs, joints, gut and brain health.
Drizzle it over salads. Dip with fresh bread. Finish soups and roasted vegetables. Or take a wee spoonful each day as your daily dose of green medicine.

I was lucky enough to win a bottle but had just bought one for the first time. I decided to take it on a spoon { just a teaspoon, as I didn’t know how I would cope with a mouthful of oil} and WOW !. It’s totally delicious , quite potent, you may have to try a few times if your used to supermarket oil but this is the real deal. Now I have to find the perfect bread for dipping, dont want to spoil the taste. Highly recommended .
