How do I join the Mad Diet Members Club?

Simply click the “Become a Member” button on our website and fill in your details, or create an account when placing an order and start earning points straight away.

How do I add my Mad Diet membership to my existing online account?

You don’t have to! Existing customers and subscribers with an online account will automatically collect points and have access to member benefits.

How do I refer a friend?

Simply log in to your account and go to the Rewards page on our website. Click on “Refer a Friend” and either (a) send your friend an invitation link or, (b) give your friend an invitation code which they can enter at the checkout on our website.

How can I see how many points I have?

Simply log in to your account and go to the Rewards page on our website.

How do I claim my reward?

Log in to your account and go to the Rewards page on our website. Click Redeem Points to generate your money off voucher. You must reach 500 points to redeem a £5 voucher.

Can I use or earn reward points on subscriptions?

You can use points for an initial subscription order. Reward points cannot be applied to subscription renewal orders.

Can I earn reward points on postage and packaging?

No. You can’t earn points on postage and packaging.

When do my reward points expire?

Your points do not expire. However, when you redeem a voucher, it must be used within 90 days.

I love that this Vitamin C supplement comes with zero additives, making it feel incredibly clean and trustworthy. I lack in Vitamin D so it's great to have a supplement that is easy to swallow and good value for money as it includes K2 too. Good level at 2000iu too and great that this is made in the UK as following proper manufacturing protocols is nice to know.

Good quality pure vitamin C. I also like that there is nothing in the capsule except for Scottish ascorbic acid. Since taking these I do seem to have a stronger immune system, as I haven't had a sniffle or even a hint of a cough, despite being out daily in all weathers. Happy with the quality and purity of this supplement. A bit pricier than others, but it has a unique selling point and you are contributing to helping keep a unique Scottish facility going.
