I have definitely noticed a difference in my cognitive function since taking B100 complex. I don’t seem to be suffering with brain fog lately and my memory has improved as well. I feel like I have more energy and my mood is better too. I like that the B12 is methylcobalamin (rather than cyanocobalamin). Methylcobalamin is involved in the sinthesis of melatonin, so helps with having a better sleep at night. Highly recommended.

I’ve been taking this since it came out in 2018 as part of the “Big 4” bundle. I really wouldn’t be without it now.

I love that this Vitamin C supplement comes with zero additives, making it feel incredibly clean and trustworthy. The 1000mg capsules provide a great boost for my immune system, and it’s reassuring to know that it’s sourced locally and held to practitioner-quality standards. It does take time to see noticeable results, but with patience, the immune support it offers feels worth the wait!

I lack in Vitamin D so it's great to have a supplement that is easy to swallow and good value for money as it includes K2 too. Good level at 2000iu too and great that this is made in the UK as following proper manufacturing protocols is nice to know.

Good quality pure vitamin C. I also like that there is nothing in the capsule except for Scottish ascorbic acid. Since taking these I do seem to have a stronger immune system, as I haven't had a sniffle or even a hint of a cough, despite being out daily in all weathers. Happy with the quality and purity of this supplement. A bit pricier than others, but it has a unique selling point and you are contributing to helping keep a unique Scottish facility going.
