Description

KSM-66 is a full-spectrum ashwagandha root extract containing vitamin A, choline (B4), amino acids, flavonoids and saponins with the perfect balance of withanolides to help control cortisol and stress.

Chamomile extract 4:1 contains apigenin, matricin, bisabolol and anti-inflammatory flavonoids to help ease irritability and aid sleep onset.

Griffonia simplicifolia extract is a natural source of 5-Hydroxytryptophan. 5-HTP helps the body produce serotonin (the happy hormone) that plays a key role in regulating mood and sleep-wake cycles.

I love that this Vitamin C supplement comes with zero additives, making it feel incredibly clean and trustworthy. I lack in Vitamin D so it's great to have a supplement that is easy to swallow and good value for money as it includes K2 too. Good level at 2000iu too and great that this is made in the UK as following proper manufacturing protocols is nice to know.

Good quality pure vitamin C. I also like that there is nothing in the capsule except for Scottish ascorbic acid. Since taking these I do seem to have a stronger immune system, as I haven't had a sniffle or even a hint of a cough, despite being out daily in all weathers. Happy with the quality and purity of this supplement. A bit pricier than others, but it has a unique selling point and you are contributing to helping keep a unique Scottish facility going.
