This is a really good product. Having shopped around to find a good deal (combined with quality!), I can say this is a great buy. Vit K2 on its own is very pricey. I started taking Vit D3 and K2 during the lockdowns and it has made a big positive difference to my overall wellbeing especially immune system and mental health.

Vitamin D3 & K2 is essential for bone health, especially for older women as it can help to prevent osteoporosis. No colds, and survived a significant fall with no broken bones (I am almost 67!). See details below:
I have been taking D3 & K2 for several months. During this time my husband has had FOUR colds and I haven’t caught one (as an asthmatic I am susceptible to catching everything). I put it down to these tablets (he doesn’t take them!)
Recently I fell down several garden steps (rolling after losing my balance) and then came off the steps at a height of 4 foot (the steps curved round but I didn’t!!) and landed on my back & head. A chest X-ray and CT scan showed nothing broken nor internal damage. I am convinced taking these helped that. I also take the Magnesium Citrate to help absorb these.

I’ve been buying this since it came out, and I now buy as part of the immune bundle with zinc and Vit C, which is really great value for money. I have had low levels of Vit D in the past, but never since I have been taking these.

I had a malignant tumour of the bowel removed successfully in March 2025, but that didn’t stop the oncologist insisting on a 3-6 month course of “clean up” chemo. Subsequently, I found out how research has shown that optimum vitamin D levels prior to treatments aids recovery, so this is a staple for me now, especially as it has k2 included. I’m about to try the mental health package as opposed to magnesium on its own too. I’ll be back x

I love that this Vitamin C supplement comes with zero additives, making it feel incredibly clean and trustworthy. The 1000mg capsules provide a great boost for my immune system, and it’s reassuring to know that it’s sourced locally and held to practitioner-quality standards. I lack in Vitamin D so it's great to have a supplement that is easy to swallow and good value for money as it includes K2 too. Good level at 2000iu too and great that this is made in the UK as following proper manufacturing protocols is nice to know.

Good quality pure vitamin C. I also like that there is nothing in the capsule except for Scottish ascorbic acid. Since taking these I do seem to have a stronger immune system, as I haven't had a sniffle or even a hint of a cough, despite being out daily in all weathers. Happy with the quality and purity of this supplement. A bit pricier than others, but it has a unique selling point and you are contributing to helping keep a unique Scottish facility going.
