I found this to be really helpful for the short time I was taking it, but I have stopped all such supplements after a breast cancer diagnosis to be on the safe side in case it interferes with the Tamoxifen hormone treatment, and was advised against the ashwaganda. I much prefer to take natural things however.

I added this product to my regime of sage & black cohosh when they stopped being enough against hot flushes, and so far after 6 months it has made a remarkable difference. I reduced from 2 to 1 capsules when running low on holiday, and the flushes increased. It’s expensive but effective.

Started taking this and my flashes at night have gone. The flashes were severe. I also take their vit d3 + k2 and magnesium. Im about to add calcium into the mix and hopefully along with my collegen thats me and it keeps everything at bay…..fingers crossed.
