Our speciality EVOO comes from a single estate on the Terres de l’Ebre Biosphere Reserve.  Hand-harvested and cold pressed within 24 hours of picking at a traditional 18^th century stone mill in Catalunya.

Harvested early and rich in polyphenols with a higher concentration of antioxidants for a distinctive flavour.  Ideal for dipping, drizzling, or taking a wee spoonful each day to support heart, lung, joints, gut, and brain health.
