I love that this Vitamin C supplement comes with zero additives, making it feel incredibly clean and trustworthy. The 1000mg capsules provide a great boost for my immune system, and it’s reassuring to know that it’s sourced locally and held to practitioner-quality standards. It does take time to see noticeable results, but with patience, the immune support it offers feels worth the wait!

I lack in Vitamin D so it’s great to have a supplement that is easy to swallow and good value for money as it includes K2 too. Good level at 2000iu too and great that this is made in the UK as following proper manufacturing protocols is nice to know.

Good quality pure vitamin C. I also like that there is nothing in the capsule except for Scottish ascorbic acid. Since taking these I do seem to have a stronger immune system, as I haven’t had a sniffle or even a hint of a cough, despite being out daily in all weathers. Happy with the quality and purity of this supplement. A bit pricier than others, but it has a unique selling point and you are contributing to helping keep a unique Scottish facility going.

Very interesting book and the author is very knowledgeable. Some eye opening stuff in there. I took her advice on the vitamins and feel better already.

I cannot praise this book highly enough. It’s the first “self help” book I have ever read from cover to cover. It makes so much sense and I have now changed my relationship with food, taking the big four as well as some other supplements. Thank you Suzanne – you have changed my life for the better.

Carefully Crafted

Quality products with great customer service and helpline. Very informative.

I ordered these for my partner who finds additional magnesium helpful. He has been taking them regularly and in his usual effusive manner described them as being ‘alright’ From him this is glowing praise so I’ll have to give these full marks.
