I love that this Vitamin C supplement comes with zero additives, making it feel incredibly clean and trustworthy. The 1000mg capsules provide a great boost for my immune system, and it’s reassuring to know that it’s sourced locally and held to practitioner-quality standards. It does take time to see noticeable results, but with patience, the immune support it offers feels worth the wait!
I lack in Vitamin D so it’s great to have a supplement that is easy to swallow and good value for money as it includes K2 too. Good level at 2000iu too and great that this is made in the UK as following proper manufacturing protocols is nice to know.
Good quality pure vitamin C. I also like that there is nothing in the capsule except for Scottish ascorbic acid. Since taking these I do seem to have a stronger immune system, as I haven’t had a sniffle or even a hint of a cough, despite being out daily in all weathers. Happy with the quality and purity of this supplement. A bit pricier than others, but it has a unique selling point and you are contributing to helping keep a unique Scottish facility going.

I started taking this after discontinuing the Mad Diet seaweed. I am producing antibodies to my own thyroid, so I wanted to take something to support thyroid health. I startedtaking the seaweed first, but I think I probably get enough iodine from my diet. Since taking this complex, my blood results became stable and have antibody levels have even come down this year. The function test shows it has not reduced.
